What I actually showed
I needed a new office or gaming chair. Frame: up to about 300 lb. Budget: under $200. Old chair was destroying the floor.
Amazon chair (spoken “mimo fit” / live brand Mimoglad): First one that fit the bill. Decent for the Amazon price. Assembly a little over an hour — otherwise straightforward. Spoken list and sale prices in my video — verify live.
Padded seat. Adjustable lumbar (pinpoint). Armrests slide up / out of the way — not really height-adjustable beyond that. Seat goes up/down and forward/back. Nothing exciting beyond the basics.
Long sits: my butt went numb. That’s why I second-guessed keeping it.
Costco: Saw a Lazy Boy office chair and a DPS gaming chair. Lazy Boy was out of my price range after one try. DPS felt more comfortable than that Lazy Boy. Contemplated a few days. Bought DPS.
Head-to-head in my video: Amazon sale cheaper on spoken dollars. DPS lumbar multi-directional vs Amazon pinpoint. DPS armrests height-adjustable. Both do extensive seat adjust; DPS adds lockable lean-back — Amazon didn’t on the unit I used. More cushion on DPS. I kept DPS for longer-term comfort.
