Quick take. Not sponsored. I saw Capsule 3 on Amazon and thought holy cow that looks amazing. Bought the Capsule 3 first. Then the Capsule 3 Laser Edition to see the real difference for movie night.
Outdoor setup with kids — dollar-store snack baskets, screen, solar lights. Portable enough for camping — backpack / soda-can size. Be present under the stars.

What I actually showed

Both bodies / can-size. Outdoor movie screen with posts, rope, solar lights. Dollar-store snack baskets for kids. Backpack shot — Laser ring visible on one still. Family outdoor movie night.
Why I bought both
First I bought the Nebula Capsule 3. This is the Nebula Capsule 3 Laser Edition. I wanted to see what the big difference really was and how it could improve movie night.
Movie-night setup (kids + outdoors)
Dollar Store containers as snack baskets — huge hit with the kids. Snacks, drinks, popcorn — a dollar. Try that at a theater.
I already had a screen — posts, rope, pounded into the ground. Solar lights for a cozy, intimate setup. You don’t have to go that far. It just makes it more fun.
Portable Capsule pitch + ports
Because of the Capsule 3 and the Laser Capsule 3, it’s easy to take camping. Fits in a backpack. Size of a large soda can. About 2 hours of battery. Super bright lamp. Built-in speakers pretty phenomenal. Screen gets really big — I said around 180 inches / 180-something.
Built-in Google / Android features. HDMI for Apple TV. USB-C to charge. AUX for an external speaker. Bluetooth speaker too. Apple gear can go HomePod / HomePod Mini off the Apple TV and run surround with this speaker.
The apology close
When I said “you’re doing movie night wrong,” I want to apologize. You’re probably doing a great job. You cared enough to click. Set up the cool stuff — then be present. Stay off your phone. Under the stars. Can’t beat it. Aloha from my family to yours.

Pros

Honest bought-both compare (not a send)
Not sponsored
Real outdoor family movie-night footage
Camping-portable pitch (backpack / can size)
Ports for Apple TV + Bluetooth/AUX audio
Soft close: be present under the stars
Cons
Short video — not a deep brightness lab between the two bodies
~180″ / 2-hr battery pitched for the Capsule pair, not a measured shootout
“Movie night wrong” open needed an on-video apology
No locked price on either unit
Who it’s for / not for
For: families who want a soda-can portable Nebula for backyard / camping movie night and are deciding Capsule 3 vs Laser.
Not for: people who need a measured brightness shootout or a pocket “pro cinema” cam (see Pocket / P1 sisters).
