I stacked both on camera. P1i = pivot/swivel speakers, boxy body. P1 = detachable speakers you can place anywhere. Both called best portable projectors on the market. Both 1080p. P1i launch/load can be wishful. P1 loads much faster and runs better from my personal experience. Both on sale when I filmed — stock limited. Check the live listings.

What I actually showed

Two units side by side. Pivot/swivel speakers on one. Detachable speakers held off the other. Pointing: “This right here is the Soundcore P1i. This right here is the Soundcore P1.” Bottom tilt on the boxy P1i. Built-in tilt on the tall P1. Ports / power visible (DC vs USB-C).
Speakers — pivot or detach?
This one comes with adjustable speakers that pivot and swivel. And this one comes with speakers that detach and can be placed anywhere. Look at that.
P1i = pivot and swivel (boxy). P1 = detach and place anywhere (tall).
Tilt and power
This one has an adjustable tilt right at the bottom of the device, while this one has a tilt built right into the device.
P1i = tilt at the bottom. P1 = tilt built into the device.
Both running 1080p. Both have HDMI, USB, AUX. Both powered — one’s DC power, the other is USB-C. DC on the P1i. USB-C on the P1. Both can run independently — they both have their own chips.
Which one loaded faster?
The P1i runs pretty quickly with all of its built-in features and apps, but launch and load time can sometimes be wishful. Meanwhile, the P1 loads much faster and is capable of running so much better from my personal experience.
Both products were on sale when I filmed. Check that link below. Stock is limited — get yours before they sell out again.
